In the unlikely event that your Vellero piece develops a manufacturing defect, we will take care of it. Simply contact us at info@vellero.co.uk with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will arrange a suitable resolution, whether that be a replacement or store credit, with no unnecessary steps.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing faults only. It does not apply to items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged through misuse or third-party intervention. This fair-use approach ensures we can continue to offer this level of service to all customers.
