Vellero ships worldwide. We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery, wherever you are.


Order Processing

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • In some cases, additional order verification may be required. If so, we’ll contact you promptly to avoid delays.


Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Available options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing for international shipments.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is usually active within 24 hours and can be viewed via the carrier’s website.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your purchase. There are no additional charges on delivery, the total shown at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Vellero cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and keep you informed throughout the process.

  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
